Processing Time
All orders are fulfilled within 2–7 business days after your order is placed. Delays may occur during holidays or high-demand periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate standard shipping based on your order total:
- $0.00 – $29.99 → $6.99
- $30.00 – $49.99 → $7.99
- $50.00 – $74.99 → $9.99
- $75.00 and up → $12.99
Estimated shipping time after fulfillment is 3–5 business days.
Total delivery time = 2–7 days (fulfillment) + 3–5 days (shipping)
Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days from purchase.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking usually updates within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We currently ship only within the United States. No customs duties or international taxes apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, contact the shipping carrier or email us at info@triadoutfitters.com. Keep all packaging and product materials to assist with any claims.
