Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@triadoutfitters.com within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
Important: You do not need to return the damaged or defective item. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit based on your preference.
Refunds
Refunds or chargebacks are only available for damaged or defective products.
Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. You do not need to return the original item. Contact us at info@triadoutfitters.com with your order number and photos of the issue to start the process.
Chargebacks
